Step-by-step Custom Design Process — 

1. Inquiry & Consultation

Clients begin by submitting a custom inquiry (brief form or email). We request: event type, preferred styles, budget range, size/measurements, preferred fabrics/colors, and 2–4 inspiration images.

2. Discovery Call or Meeting

A private consultation (phone or video) to explore your vision, lifestyle needs, and any cultural or ceremonial details we should honor. We discuss silhouette, embellishment level, and personalization options.

3. Contract & Deposit

Based on the consultation and details we provide a curated contract & quote. 

Contract: Outlines the scope of work, timelines, pricing, and our couture policies. It also details how rivisions, fittings, and final delivery will be handled. 
Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit secures your place in our atelier schedule and allows us to begin sourcing luxurious fabrics and materials for your piece.

Once contract is signed and deposit is received, your custom design journey officially begins. From there, we move seamingly into the Material/Fabric Selection phase, turning your vision into a couture masterpiece.

4. Material/Fabric Selections

We source and present fabric swatches (if applicable), embroidery/embellishment examples (if applicable), and/or images of ready fabrics. 

5. Craft & Construction

Master artisans bring the design to life: cutting, handwork, embroidery, and meticulous sewing. We provide progress photos and updates at key milestones so you can see the piece evolve.

6. Final Approval

Once your couture piece is completed, we provide high-resolution images for your final approval. This ensures every detail — from embroidery and fabric drape to finishing touches — meets your expectations before it leaves our atelier.

Final Approval:

  • Review detailed images of your garment, including measurements, embellishments, and silhouette.
  • Confirm that all design elements match your vision.
  • Sign off for shipment

7. Shipping

Your couture piece is delivered directly to you in professional, secure packaging to ensure your couture piece arrives in pristine condition.

For bridal pieces, once received, we offer a virtual, or in person (at our studio), fitting. We understand that measurements and sizing can shift from the start of the design process to the final fitting. In the event that alteration services are needed, we are happy to guide you to a trusted, professional alteration specialist who understands luxury garments and can ensure your piece fits flawlessly and feels as exquisite as it looks.
